2. Service description
Progsage provides an e-commerce tool that helps users with Amazon and Bol.com product management, including product monitoring, listing management and automated content generation. Our service is designed to help e-commerce businesses optimize their online presence and product listings.
3. Payment terms
Our service works on a credit system. Users must purchase credits to access our services. Credit prices may change at any time without prior notice. All payments are immediately converted to credits that can be used directly in the system. Users are not entitled to refunds — all payments are final and non-refundable. No free trial is offered.

4. Credit validity
All purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. After the validity period expires, unused credits automatically lapse and cannot be reclaimed. It is the user's responsibility to use credits within the validity period.
5. User requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using our service you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
6. Account management
Inactive accounts may be deleted after 1 year of inactivity. Upon account deletion, all remaining credits are forfeited. Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account deletion, all user data is immediately and permanently removed from our systems.

We collect personal information necessary to deliver our services. User data is retained while the account remains active. 8. Service availability and accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of data obtained from third parties such as Amazon or Bol.com. Users are responsible for verifying all information before making business decisions based on our service.
9. Limitation of liability
Progsage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Users may not use our service for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, overload or impair our servers or networks. Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our service or other systems or networks connected to our service.
